Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LocalAds, including our website, applications, generated outputs, and related services. By accessing or using LocalAds, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using LocalAds on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and references to “you” include that organization.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity by members of your organization or anyone using your credentials.

You may not use LocalAds if your use would violate applicable law, platform rules, or another person’s rights.

LocalAds helps users analyze product and landing page URLs, generate strategy trees, and create ad concepts and creative variations. The service may evolve over time, and we may add, remove, or change features, limits, pricing, or workflows.

LocalAds is intended to support creative and marketing workflows, not to guarantee business results. Generated materials should be reviewed by a human before publication or use in live campaigns.

You are responsible for the information, URLs, instructions, assets, and other materials you submit to the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and submit that material.

You are also responsible for how you use generated outputs, including making sure your ads, claims, and campaign materials are lawful, non-infringing, accurate, and compliant with the rules of any ad platform where they appear.

• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its security.
• Do not use LocalAds to generate content that violates advertising, consumer protection, privacy, or intellectual property laws.
• Do not use share links or exported outputs in ways that expose sensitive information you do not have permission to disclose.

As between you and LocalAds, you retain rights in the materials you submit to the service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LocalAds grants you a right to use the outputs generated for your organization through the service.

We retain all rights in the LocalAds product, software, design, prompts, workflows, and other underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the LocalAds platform itself.

Because generated outputs may be influenced by machine learning systems and third-party inputs, we cannot promise that outputs will be unique, available, protectable, or free from third-party claims.

Some features of LocalAds require a paid subscription or paid usage. Your use of paid features is also subject to our Billing Terms and the pricing, plan details, and checkout disclosures shown at the time of purchase.

If there is a conflict between a general description on the site and the specific billing terms presented during checkout, the checkout-specific details will control for that purchase.

We may suspend or terminate access to LocalAds if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a way that could harm LocalAds or others.

You may stop using LocalAds at any time. Termination does not erase obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations.

LocalAds is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

We also do not guarantee advertising performance, conversion rates, policy approval, platform acceptance, or business outcomes from using the service or any generated creative.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Projekt Analytics Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of LocalAds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to LocalAds will not exceed the amounts you paid to LocalAds for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
